Fotoimpressionen der Hochzeits-Safari im August 2016

Die Hochzeitsgesellschaft erholte sich erst einmal einen Tag auf See bevor es dann am Samstag an eine Insel im Süden des Roten Meeres ging.

Die Zeremonie fand auf einer weissen, kleinen Insel statt. Die Crew und Chris bauten dafür ein Pavillon und dekorierten dieses liebevoll. Kerzen und Blütenblätter säumten den Weg zum Traualtar. Unter der schönen Sonne Ägyptens und dem Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund, besiegelte Kapitän Maher mit der Frage *With or without Fins, till your Tank is empty* das Band der Ehe. 

Im Anschluss erfolgte auf der Insel und an Bord der Blue Waves ein spezielles Hochzeitsdinner und natürlich die grosse Party.

Den Rest der Woche genossen dann Braut und Bräutigam ihre Hochzeitsreise an Board der Blue Waves, umgeben von all ihren Lieben. Dabei genoss die Gesellschaft die wunderschönen Tauchgänge und Schnorchel Ausflüge rund um Fury Shoals! Schon praktisch, wenn man nach der Trauung keinen weiten Reiseweg in die Hochzeitsreise in Kauf nehmen muss ;-D

Für uns war es eine sehr spezielle Woche die uns viel Freude bereitet hat und wir hoffen, dass das Glück für die Braut und Bräutigam auf ewig glücklich rollt, wie die Wellen im Meer unermüdlich rollen!

Danke für euer Vertrauen in uns, euch diesen unvergesslichen Moment zu gestallten. Möge es immer ausreichend Sternschnuppen für eure Wünsche geben!

With or without Fins, till your Tank is empty?

In the last week in August 2016 on Blue Waves we had a fantastic and emotional experience.

A wedding took place onboard.

Two friends and fans of Blue Waves decided to say “I do” in front of their friends, family and Blue Waves crew while onboard. Captain Maher and Chris coordinated the ceremony.

The wedding guests relaxed a day onboard before the day of question on Saturday brought them all to an island in the Red Sea where the exchange of vows took place in front of Captain Maher in uniform.

On an island with a white sand beach the crew and Chris setup an aisle littered with hearts and petals leading the way to the canopy where the couple would declare their commitment of life together.

And so it was done with the wedding family and friends, Blue Waves crew, Chris and Maher under the Egyptian sun with the sound of the sea in the background the couple said their “I dos.” Or more Blue Waves style “With or without Fins, till your Tank is empty.”

Back on the Blue Waves the guests enjoyed the fabulous wedding night dinner and party prepared by our cook Saied. The crew broke into a dance to delight the guests and family and express there joy for the married couple.

The rest of the week the bride and groom could enjoy the wedding trip on the Red Sea with dives in Fury Shoals during the days and their family and friends joining them too. Quite practical when you marry and do not have to make a long trip for the honeymoon.

It was a very special week for us very special week for us that made us very happy to be part. we also hope that the luck for the bride and groom keeps on rolling like the forever rolling waves of the sea.
